About the role:

We are currently looking for People Partners either for 6-month FTC or on a permanent basis, based in one of our offices in Keynsham with hybrid working.

Responsibilities will include

• Change implementation lead for various projects
• Providing a self-sufficient HR service (underpinned by best practice and UK employment law knowledge)
• Providing professional and best -practice HR advice and coaching for all people related matters (including any complex and/or high-risk cases)
• Building relationships with people managers and supporting management teams to establish stronger relationships with wider IVCE community/identify opportunities for collaborative working

What are we looking for?

• Extensive knowledge of application of UK employment law, HR policies and procedures, including contract law, disciplinary, grievance, attendance, family friendly
• Practical experience of independently coaching and advising managers on modern HR practices
• Demonstrated success in supporting and embedding new ways of working, identifying and providing change management support requirements
• Experience working in a mature HR model with shared services in a challenging and fast-paced organisation
• Likely to have, or to be working towards CIPD Level 7 qualification or have significant experience in a similar role
