The Role

As a Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse you will assist our Head Nurse with the day to day running of the nursing team with the possibility of career progression into a deputy head role for the right candidate. The role involves the candidate to carry out all the duties of a RVN, with added supervisory and team bonding aspects to help our head nurse manage the team and aid with effective day to day running of the branch. We believe in a good work/life balance and working a 37.5 hour week allows this balance in practice. No OOH.

We are a welcoming and friendly team and care for small animals and wildlife with a varied caseload, no two days are the same! Our branches are based in Liverpool just 7 miles apart from each other, we strongly believe in promoting great healthcare including our successful Pet Health Club scheme where all of our clients don't need to worry about their pets preventative health, as this is fully covered on the scheme. We offer all of what is expected of a Small Animal First Opinion practice; Idexx Lab Machines, Digital Radiography, Dental Radiography, Tonometry, Ultrasonograhy and Digital ECG. We have a strong bond between our staff with support, knowledge and extensive experience across the team.

We are looking for someone with great enthusiasm for their job, with a caring and passionate personality, someone with motivation to improve and progress the experience for the client and patient through the services that we can offer. Candidate must be RCVS registered with solid experience within veterinary practice.
