We are looking for two registered Veterinary Nurse`s to work primarily at our Upton Site, but we do cover our other two branches in Wallasey and Birkenhead. We are a purpose-built practice with an interesting variety of cases. Nurse clinics are part of our nurse’s day to day responsibilities. An interest in becoming a clinical coach or already being one would be advantageous. We are committed to providing the highest standards or nursing care. Responsibilities will include inpatient care, assisting with surgical and medical case. We are looking for a team player, who has a great work ethic and is efficient. One role would also involve Hydrotherapy so an interest in the rehabilitation of our canine patients would be included in this role. Salary banding for this role is between £21,000 - £23,000 however this is negotiable dependant on skill set and experience
Our Sites are well equipped with all the usual equipment you would expect, digital x-ray, ultrasound, in house analysers also a hydrotherapy treadmill. Ample parking and ease to commune not being far from the M53 makes this the ideal practice if you are little further away.
We want to look after our staff and have a rota that offers a good work life balance, The standard rota is 8am to 6.30pm 4 days per week Monday to Friday and 1 in 6 Saturdays 9am – 5pm. We have a strong support network with a team consisting of 6 Vets, 5 RVN’s and 12 support staff.
