The Role

We are seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and supportive small animal team at PetVets. The role involves a 4-day week, with the requirement to work alternate Saturdays mornings (9-12) on a rota basis with no OOH required. We would also consider part-time or flexible working hours.

About Us

The RCVS accredited purpose-built practice is set in beautiful countryside, yet we are only 15-minute drive to Glasgow’s west end. Our well-equipped practice has an excellent local reputation and offers a very high standard with DR &CR x-ray, referral grade ultrasound machine and in-house lab. 

Applicant Requirements

Ideally applicants should have over 2 years’ experience, with the ability to perform routine consults & surgery and work ups to a high level and be comfortable with occasional sole charge. We have an emphasis on quality care with 15-minute consultation windows, great client base and time to work up cases properly. The ability to have fun and enjoy a relaxed working atmosphere where each team member is valued equally.  Salary will be commensurate with experience.
