This is a busy branch in a busy market town in Lancashire. The branch is very well established in the community. This has a good general practice case load and a large client base. The branch works closely alongside the emergency hospital and operating time is available there on a weekly basis.
We are a busy practice offering GP and referral work. We are well equipped with CT, radiography including dental, ultrasound and endoscopy. We have certificate holders in dermatology, ophthalmology, internal medicine and surgery.
We have a large team of 26 Vets with a range of experience - with multiple RVNS, SVNs and ANAs who support the Vets in the working day and OOHs. We are proud to be a VN training practice and have been nominated as practice of the year for our local training provider. We have four current certificate holders and a further 4 Vets studying for them. We actively encourage CPD and furthering your knowledge.
The role will involve some Saturday working or OOHs and we could accommodate full or part time working.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to move their clinical skills up the ladder and further develop ECC skills and surgery skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.
