We are currently looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly team in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne on a fixed term maternity cover contract. This can be a full-time or part time role working up to 40 hours a week with regular days off. There will be 1 in 6 Saturdays and Bank Holidays are shared between our Veterinary Surgeons which roughly works out to be 1-2 a year. There are no out of hours with this role. All our Veterinary Surgeons time is split between a mix of consulting and surgery with some also being involved in an emergency and critical care role and dentistry.
