Menopause support: our Colleague Care Hub has a dedicated menopause page with help to find support, a Menopause Action plan to help line managers and colleagues work together, and resources to support colleagues.
We have a network of trained Mental Health First Aider’s across the UK, who can be contacted by any colleague that needs this help. Our MHFAs receive ongoing training so they can best support others. We regularly review this network to ensure we’ve got coverage across a variety of roles and locations, that they are approachable and there to help when needed.
We’re proud to have over 400 dedicated Wellbeing Champions across the UK. These colleagues support their local teams, promoting wellbeing resources, listening and signposting to help, whether internal or external.
