We’re on the lookout for a skilled Veterinary Surgeon become part of our dedicated team at Garden Lodge Vets, where exceptional care for our patients is our top priority.
About Garden Lodge Vets
As an RCVS-accredited, fully equipped practice, Garden Lodge offers a well-rounded range of services, including three consult rooms, a theatre, x-ray and ultrasound facilities, and dental and in-patient wards. However, our true strength lies in our exceptional team. With a balanced mix of consulting and surgeries, our clinical team enjoys significant autonomy in their work, and our nurses proudly run their own clinics as we operate as a vet nurse training practice. We support veterinary surgeons who want to progress in their career with certification or CPD.
Our team includes seven vets, with certificates in dermatology, general practice, and a dental expert taking dental referrals and performing advanced dental procedures. We’re also supported by four RVNs , five SVNs and one Animal Care Assistant, all committed to quality care. Additionally, we value giving back to our community and work closely with Barn Animal Rescue in Newtownards.
About Our Location
Garden Lodge is nestled between two charming areas, Holywood and Stormont, each brimming with history and natural beauty.
Holywood, situated along Belfast Lough, is known for its lively atmosphere, scenic coastal walks, and historic sites like the Holywood Priory. The town has a bustling centre with independent shops, cafes, and green spaces like Seapark, a favourite among families and nature lovers.
Nearby Stormont is home to the Stormont Estate and the Northern Ireland Assembly. Set amidst rolling hills, the iconic Parliament Buildings and surrounding parkland are perfect for peaceful walks and offer stunning views of Belfast.
Located just ten minutes apart, our clinics are conveniently close to Belfast City Airport and only thirty minutes from Belfast International, making the area accessible and well-connected.
