About The Role


To provide high-level, confidential executive support to the CEO of UK & Ireland. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to operate at pace. The PA will act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external contacts, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.

What You'll Do


Key Responsibilities:
Provide proactive, confidential and professional support to the CEO
Manage complex diary scheduling, prioritising high-impact engagements
Coordinate travel, logistics, and itineraries across UK&I and internationally
Monitor and manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
Liaise with external partners, clients, and board-level contacts with professionalism
Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
Collaborate with other EAs and business support teams across the organisation


What You'll Bring

Essential:
Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leaders
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication
Discreet, trustworthy, and professional at all times
Confident using Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Desirable:
Experience in a large, complex or global organisation
Familiarity with board-level governance and communications
