About Us
We are one of the world’s leading veterinary care providers, operating in 20 countries with over 2,400 sites – including first‑opinion clinics, referral hospitals, out‑of‑hours centres, crematoria and more. In the UK alone, our 940 practices make us the largest veterinary group in the country.

We’re embarking on a significant transformation: rolling out a new, unified brand across the UK & Ireland while also delivering key remedies outlined by the CMA Market Investigation. To support this, we’re looking for a Transformation Project Manager who will play a critical role in ensuring these complex changes land smoothly and positively within our clinical practices.

About The Role
As a Transformation Project Manager, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of our unified brand rollout across UK & Ireland veterinary practices. You’ll be responsible for ensuring change is implemented effectively, on time and within budget all while maintaining a smooth experience for colleagues and avoiding disruption to patient care.

You’ll work closely with the Implementation Programme Director, Programme teams, Central Operations, Technology, Marketing, Pricing and Communications to ensure successful delivery.

Your role will be crucial to ensure that we can implement these important and complex changes positively and effectively, enabling us to fulfil our regulatory obligations and make a smooth transition to new ways of working.

What You'll Do
Own and maintain project plans, managing scope, timelines and change control.
Deliver the unified brand rollout across UK & Ireland clinics to time, quality and cost.
Collaborate cross‑functionally and manage matrixed teams effectively.
Ensure empathetic and supportive change delivery within clinical environments.
Track and communicate progress, risks and issues to senior stakeholders.
Work with SMEs, Training and Communications teams to support smooth adoption.

What you'll Bring
Essential Experience
Experience delivering cross‑functional change across multiple sites/regions.
Strong programme controls and governance experience.
Excellent stakeholder management skills — from clinic teams to senior leaders.
Comfortable operating within complex, matrixed organisations.
Good understanding of project delivery frameworks and where to apply them.
Highly resilient, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
Excellent IT skills, including advanced PowerPoint & Excel.

Desirable
Experience in operational or regulatory change.
Background in clinical, multi‑site, PE‑backed or high‑growth environments.
