Degree or equivalent experience in communications Proven experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment Strong project and campaign management skills Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities Skilled in multi-channel communications and media handling Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and basic photo/video editing 5+ years in communications or PR Experience in veterinary, healthcare, retail, or similar sectors Familiarity with intranet platforms, monday.com, and email tools

About the Role - Salary £35,000 - £40,000
As Communications Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging internal and external communications across a fast-paced, multi-site business. You’ll create compelling content, manage media relations, and support a wide range of campaigns and events that build connection and engagement across our 15,000 colleagues and 900+ sites.
