About the Role

 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst to join our Global Compliance team at Inspiring Vet Care. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our global compliance programmes across areas such as anti-bribery & corruption, sanctions, KYC and data protection.

 

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Legal, Risk and Operations, helping to ensure the business meets regulatory standards and operates with integrity across multiple jurisdictions.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 
  • Conducting KYC and due diligence checks on customers, suppliers and third parties
  • Performing sanctions screening and supporting investigations into potential matches
  • Reviewing high-risk transactions, ensuring appropriate controls and escalation processes are followed
  • Maintaining accurate records of compliance checks, decisions and investigations
  • Supporting anti-bribery & corruption, sanctions and data protection programmes
  • Assisting with gift and hospitality reviews and conflict of interest registers
  • Monitoring regulatory updates across the UK, EU, OFAC and UN frameworks and supporting compliance alignment
  • Maintaining compliance databases and ensuring audit-ready documentation
  • Providing operational support, including reporting, presentations, mailbox management and meeting coordination
  • Supporting internal investigations, research activities and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Legal, Risk and Operations teams

    What We’re Looking For

     

    Essential Skills & Experience

     
  • 3+ years’ experience in a compliance, legal or administrative role
  • Hands-on experience with KYC and due diligence processes
  • Experience conducting sanctions screening
  • Experience reviewing high-risk transactions
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
  •

  • Experience working in a regulated or global environment
  • Knowledge of GDPR and wider compliance frameworks
  • Previous experience supporting Legal or Compliance teams
  •
