Insights Manager – Productivity, Commercial Finance

At IVC Evidensia, we are a leading veterinary services provider in Europe and North America with more than 2,500 clinics and hospitals across 19 countries and around 42,000 employees. We aim to have an extraordinary impact on animal lives, supporting in the region of 25,000 animals every single day across our international network. IVC Evidensia exists to champion the long-term health and welfare of animals and deliver our purpose of Healthy Animals, Happy Owners.

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the adoption and commercial impact of a new AI-enabled performance insights tool across our UK clinic estate. The tool uses clinic performance data to identify opportunities and generate prioritised recommendations for our Area Directors — the operational leaders responsible for groups of clinics across the UK.

Sitting within the UK Insights team and working closely with the Group Transformation team, the successful candidate will own how the tool lands with Area Directors and central functions, make sure the recommendations it produces translate into measurable commercial outcomes, and feed market insight back into the ongoing development of the product. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of data, AI and frontline operations, suited to someone equally comfortable interrogating complex datasets and holding challenging conversations with senior operational leaders.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Adoption and stakeholder engagement

  • Own adoption across the UK clinic estate, working directly with Area Directors and UK Operations leadership
  • Build advocacy with early adopters and provide targeted, structured support to areas that are slower to engage
  • Run training and embedding activity so the tool becomes a routine part of business review and action planning
  • Hold constructive and at times challenging conversations with senior operational stakeholders about clinic performance and priorities
  •

    Insight and analysis

  • Interrogate clinic-level performance data to validate, challenge and enrich the recommendations the tool generates
  • Identify where recommendations do not reflect local operational reality, and work with the central team to resolve the underlying cause
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis for UK Operations and central functions, translating analytical outputs into clear commercial action for non-technical audiences
  • Help define and improve the measures used to track clinic performance and the impact of interventions
  •

    Product input and continuous improvement

  • Act as the UK voice into the central product roadmap, feeding back market insight, edge cases and improvement opportunities
  • Own how the tool is configured and tuned for the UK market so that its outputs remain relevant and credible across different clinic types
  • Contribute to the evolution of the underlying model, including how AI is applied to generate, prioritise and explain recommendations
  •

    Central function partnership

  • Work with UK central functions e.g., Clinical, Marketing, People and Property — to embed tool outputs into their own prioritisation and planning
  • Build the relationships and credibility needed to influence how central teams target their resource across the estate
  •

    Experience/Qualifications:

  • Significant experience (4 to 8 years) in an insights, analytics, strategy, transformation or consultancy role, gained in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
  • A track record of working in or with a complex, multi-site operating environment
  • Strong analytical capability — able to work independently with large datasets, form a clear view, and defend it under challenge
  • A confident and credible communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders without direct line authority
  • Demonstrable experience of driving adoption of a new tool, process or way of working through to measurable outcomes
  • Genuine interest in AI and how it can be applied practically to commercial and operational problems
  • Highly self-directed — comfortable operating with limited supervision, setting priorities and delivering independently
  • Strong Excel and data visualisation skills; Power BI experience desirable, SQL or equivalent an advantage
  • Veterinary, healthcare or other regulated multi-site sector experience is welcome but not essential
