We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Group Health & Safety Project Manager for 12 months fixed term contract to take the lead on delivering key safety initiatives across our organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and embed best-in-class health & safety practices, drive compliance, and influence a positive safety culture across multiple regions.
You’ll play a pivotal role in leading projects, leveraging data insights, and partnering with teams to ensure our people can work safely and confidently every day.

Lead & Deliver Impact

You'll analyse incident and business data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Share lessons learned and implement practical solutions to reduce risk
Support ongoing enhancement of systems, processes and tools

You'll partner with regional teams to deliver audits, training, and compliance activities
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders including HR, Property, Risk, and senior leadership
Support national alignment of policies, frameworks and practices
Training & Capability Building
You'll develop and deliver engaging H&S training and awareness programmes
Equip managers and teams with the knowledge and tools to manage risk effectively
