Doing just enough discovery to feel confident in your domain
Drive outcomes: You’ll get stuck in, finding quick wins and/or big opportunities, have a hypothesis, brainstorm, experiment, gather insights, prototype, discuss with partners, iterate, increment and repeat.
Champion user-centred principles: Use your understanding and practice combined with your creative skills to craft solutions that address user needs, pain points, and preferences.
Think Big, Test Small: Think about end-to-end solutions, balancing creative ambition of a future state with iterative thinking and feasibility in mind - how to learn what works and get feedback on the approach quickly.
Present with context: Explaining the strategic thought behind creative decisions to partners across departments, some of whom may be unfamiliar with product strategy and design.
