We are a wonderful countryside location with easy links by both road and rail to London and other cities and airports. This role will be split across our Thurlby and Market Deeping practices.
We have a very supportive and friendly team of across our two sites, comprising of 7 vets, 8 RVNs, 3 SVNs, 2 VCA and 2 Reception staff. We also have a certificate holder in Ophthalmology.
In terms of facilities and equipment, we have everything you would expect in a well-equipped small animal practice, including fully digital x-rays, rigid and flexible endoscopy, currently developing laparascopic surgery, ophthalmology kit from slit lamp up to operating microscope.
We have a standalone Cat Clinic at our Thurlby site with the ability to consult, hospitalise and operate completely away from visiting dogs. We also have both dog friendly and puppy friendly accreditations in addition to ISFM silver as our focus is on continually improving our care of our patients.

You will work 40 hours per week, with this comprising of 4x10 hour shifts Monday to Saturday. Saturdays are an equal share between the vets, and the rota is this way so that days off are truly undisturbed.
You will be supported by an experienced team of vets, dedicated VetGDP advisor and our Day Manager to manage diaries to ensure that you are not overfaced while filtering cases relevant to that point in your development. The nursing team is extremely experienced and fully supportive of both students and graduates.
