We are looking for a new Client Care Advisor to join our Lime Trees team, working at both of our practices: our purpose-built Small Animal Hospital in Meir Park, and our dedicated Cat Only Clinic in Cheadle.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You would be working alongside a friendly team who are passionate about making a difference to the health and wellbeing of all pets.
General responsibilities include:
Greeting all clients in a friendly and professional way.
Organisation of the clinical diary for routine, surgical and emergency appointments.
Answering telephone phone inquiries from clients in a welcoming and calm manner.
Provide excellent customer service, informing and educating clients sympathetically.
Convert inquiries into appointments to maintain pet healthcare.
Handle and update client data and records.
Assist clients in handing pet insurance claims.
Record relevant information in the practice system to support the clinical team.
Ensure accuracy of invoices and collect payments on the day of treatment.
Provide education to clients on basic animal care.
The role is full time (40 hours per week) with a flexible working pattern covering our business hours of 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 4 Saturday shifts between the hours of 7:45am – 1:30pm. The contract is for 12-months as maternity cover. There is a requirement for the team to be flexible in their working hours as we all work together to ensure the core business hours are always covered, allowing for sickness and holidays.
