As our practice continues to grow, we’re now looking for a caring, supportive and experienced Practice Manager to join our team and help shape the next chapter of our story.

 

This is a site-based, people-facing leadership role, perfect for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, supporting others to succeed, and making a real difference to both team and client experience.

 

This role is available for up to 40 hours per week, typically worked over 5 days, Monday to Friday. However, we are very open to discussing flexible/reduced hours or fewer days for the right person.

 

 

Set in the beautiful Chiltern Hills, Beaconsfield offers the perfect blend of countryside living and city convenience. With fantastic shops, cafés and direct trains to London in under 30 minutes, it’s an ideal place to live, work and unwind.

 

Inside the practice, you’ll find a welcoming and collaborative team of vets, nurses, animal care assistants and receptionists who genuinely enjoy working together. We also make space for you to recharge, with comfortable staff areas, a quiet admin office, and those all-important weekly fruit and snacks alongside unlimited tea and coffee.

Working closely with the Director of Practice and Clinical Services, Lead Vet, Head Receptionist, and IVC Central Support teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the practice while enhancing both team and client experience. Your responsibilities include:
