We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Grahams Road Vet Clinic on a part-timefixed term basis to cover maternity leave for 12 months.

Grahams Road Veterinary Clinic is a well-established, community-focused practice located in the heart of Falkirk. We pride ourselves on providing excellent care to our patients and outstanding service to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive and experienced team in a practice that combines a local village feel with the convenience of an easily accessible location close to major motorway links.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
    Managing appointments and telephone enquiries
    Handling client payments and maintaining accurate records
    Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks
    Ensuring the reception area remains welcoming and organised area

    Working Pattern
     
    Mixed shift pattern starting from 8.30am to 6.30pm.  Some Saturday working will be required 8.30am - 12pm.  Rota is provided 3 months in advance.
