An exciting position has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic Receptionist to work in our progressive small animal practice, based in Werrington, Peterborough.

 

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task and work alongside our existing team of dedicated and hard-working individuals. Previous veterinary practice experience preferred, but not essential as long as a passion to work in the animal care industry exists.

 

Located on the outskirts of Peterborough, we enjoy the convenience and excellent transport links of the city while embracing the idyllic country lifestyle. The historic town of Stamford, home to the famous Burghley Horse Trials, is less than half an hour away, offering the perfect blend of necessity and luxury.

 

Byre Veterinary Surgery boasts a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest tools and technology, including endoscopy and laparoscopy. We specialise in exotics, soft tissue/orthopaedic surgeries, and ophthalmology referrals, ensuring a broad spectrum of cases to challenge and inspire you.

 

You will work 18 hours per week, your shift pattern will be 1 pm - 7 pm Mon-Weds, plus 1:5 Saturdays 8:30 am - 12 pm.
