We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Bath Cat Clinic on part time basis.
Bath Cat Clinic is part of Bath Vets. We offer a supportive and friendly working environment and great benefits. How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You'll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
We have two positions available:
Role 1 - An average of 24 hours per week including 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
Role 2 - An average of 19.5 hours per week including 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
