We are looking to grow our team with a compassionate and organised Veterinary Receptionist.

How You’ll Make a Difference

 
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction. 
 
You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications, and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey. 
 
  • Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere
    Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently
    Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, treatments, and general pet care information
    Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and laboratory results
    Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail. Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed, including preparing examination rooms and handling laboratory samples
    Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies
    Provide support during busy periods by helping with client communications and follow-ups

    You will work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, working 10-hour shifts with one day off in lieu every week. Shifts range from 8 am start to 7 pm finish. Saturdays 1:3 working 9 am-2 pm.
