Pride Veterinary Centre is a leading multi-disciplinary veterinary referral hospital serving as the flagship small animal centre for the Scarsdale Veterinary Group. How you'll make a difference
As a Client Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications, and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
The role will involve:
Taking calls
Making appointments
Assisting clients with queries on the phone and in person
Reassuring clients
Taking payments
Problem solving
We are looking for someone to work part time working on a flexible contract. Additionally, you would be required to partake in the weekend rota where the shift will be 8:30 - 13:00 every fourth Saturday. Rotas are rolling with the expectation to help cover holidays and sickness between the team.
