Our Crewkerne Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated receptionist to join our friendly team. As a receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive a warm welcome and efficient service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing incoming calls and scheduling appointments.Greeting clients and their pets at the reception desk.Assisting with general administrative tasks.Providing support to the veterinary team.

Are you the right fit?
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Good organisational and administrative abilities.Veterinary experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Working pattern
This is a part-time role working 24 hours per week, covering shifts between 8:30 am - 6:30 pm on Mondays and Fridays (9-hour shifts with 1-hour lunch), 2 pm-6:30 pm (4.5 hours) on Wednesdays, and 1 Saturday morning in 3 working 8:30 -1 pm.
