We are looking for a part-time experienced Veterinary Receptionist to cover maternity leave to join our small, friendly team in Worcester.
The role is 4 hours per week on a Wednesday (
3.15pm to
7.15pm) with one in four Saturdays (8am to 12pm).
The Salary is £2,990 per annum including the Saturday commitment. There is some overtime available to cover colleagues holidays and other essential time off.
About the position
The core element of the role is direct contact with Clients in the Practice and over the phone in addition to phone and email communication.
Other tasks include maintaining the appointments diary, ordering supplies, promotion of health care plans and making Clients aware of pet insurance options and liaising with the Nurses and Vets to Triage Patients where needed.

We have an expanding client base and we are keen to bring in new talent to explore new ideas and methods to improve the overall offering to our Clients and Patients. The Lowesmoor team works closely together with an established respectful workplace culture providing mutual support for each other.
We currently have 3 experienced receptionists who provide cover from Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.
