We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at New Priory Vets on a full-time permanent basis.

Our Brighton Clinic is based within our flagship hospital in central Brighton. The clinic provides a comprehensive range of general practice veterinary services including medicine, surgery, radiography, ultrasound and dentistry along with the support of nursing clinics – all bolstered by excellent hospital facilities. Patients of our Brighton Clinic can also benefit from the on-site support of Brighton Veterinary Referrals if additional expertise is required. Our beautiful Peacehaven Clinic delivers advanced general practice services to clients on the coast but clients also benefit from the skill sets and facilities available at the Brighton hospital if required. 
Beech House is a small, first opinion practice in Preston Park, offering general practice to our clients and referral to the Brighton hospital if required. 

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
