We are currently looking for a Full time Veterinary Receptionist to join our friendly team at Provost Vets based in St Andrews, Fife, on a fixed term contract basis.

 

We are a multisite practice with 3 sites across Fife. Our team is made up of 8 vets, 7 nurses and 6 receptionists across 3 Fife locations which are St Andrews, Newport on Tay and Ladybank. We are a very friendly and hardworking team.

 

How You’ll Make a Difference

 

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

 

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

 

Working Pattern

 
  • 40 hours per week
  • Worked over 4 x 10hr days Mon-Fri with 1 in 4 Saturdays
  • 12 month fixed term contract role

  • Booking appointments
  • Communicating with clients either face to face or on the phone
  • Taking payments
  • Administration tasks alongside supporting the clinical team where required
