We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Rowe Vet Group on a Part-Time basis.
Rowe Vet Group have a 24-hour hospital in Bradley Stoke and branches in Thornbury, Yate, Winterbourne, Brimsham and Wotton-under-Edge. As a valued member of the reception team, you will be the first point of contact for pets and their owners.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You'll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
General responsibilities include:
Greeting our clients and their pets in a professional and courteous manner
Booking, cancelling and changing appointments
Dealing with queries by phone, email and face to face promptly and professionally
Advising clients on our preventative healthcare products and promoting Pet Healthcare Plans and pet insurance
Dispensing medications/prescriptions
Taking payments, cashing up and all other general admin and reception duties
Your shift pattern will include working on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 1:00pm-7:30pm, Friday 8:00am-2:00pm
and Saturday 1:4 8:00am-1:00pm
