Here at Blackness Veterinary Surgery, we are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our amazing team! This is a part-time permanent role working 25 hours per week Monday - Friday 2:00pm-7:00pm. There will also be 1 in 4 Saturday's from 8:00am-2:00pm which is returned in Lieu.

 

 

As the first point of contact, our receptionists play a vital role in ensuring that our clients and their pets have a welcoming and positive experience. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a warm and compassionate demeanour, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.

 

 

 

 

Blackness Veterinary Surgery is situated in the Heart of Dundee with close links to the Bus and Train Stations. Perth, Fife and Aberdeen are within a 1-hour car journey away. The practice is a large newly renovated building with various facilities including 2 operating theatres, with piped oxygen, an imaging suite with X-ray and top of the range Ultrasound, dental suite with Dental X-ray facilities, an endoscopy unit, in-house lab equipment, a large training room, where we host regular lunch and learns / team meetings.
