Alma Veterinary Hospital are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our front of house team as Veterinary Receptionist.
We are a busy Veterinary Hospital in the heart of Windsor, who strive to provide gold standard care to our patients and clients.
The Receptionists role is one of the most important customers facing roles in the Hospital. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, meeting and greeting them either over the phone or face to face when they arrive at the Hospital. This is a very varied role where you will be covering many tasks such as booking appointments for consultations and procedures, ordering of stock, taking payments, credit control, daily banking, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the client / reception area, maintaining patient and client records, preparing medications prescribed by the veterinary surgeons, stock rotation, maintaining key communications with clients and the team, and in addition some administration tasks and some health and safety duties.
This is a very fast-paced and varied role that is ideal for a highly driven candidate that thrives on providing a high level of customer service. As senior receptionist you will support our Head Receptionist/ Assistant Practice Manager in ensuring the team follow our protocols and procedures at all times.
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
