Do you have a passion for excellent customer service and most importantly LOVE cats? Rowe Veterinary Group's cat clinic are looking for a receptionist to join our small and friendly practice in Brimsham.
As a valued member of the reception team, you will be the first point of contact for pets and their owners.
Your duties
Our ideal person
The ideal candidate will be professional and efficient with a welcoming and sympathetic manner. In addition, they will have excellent customer service skills, proficient knowledge of IT, the ability to remain calm under pressure, as well as having a love of animals.
Your shift pattern
You will work 5.5 hour shifts Monday - Thursday on either the morning or evening shift - 8 am - 1:30 pm or 1:30 pm - 7 pm. You will also be required to work a 1:4 weekend day (of 8 hours) at our main Bradley Stoke hospital
