Role: Veterinary Receptionist

How you'll make a difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications, and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
The role will involve:
Liaising with the clients and clinical staff to provide a high level of customer care
Meeting and greeting clients and pets
Booking appointments and diary management
Managing telephone and email enquiries
Taking payments
Managing cash
Maintaining a clean and safe space for our clients and their pets
This is a part-time permanent role working 20 hours per week, Mondays and Tuesdays, from 8.30am to 7pm. There will be no out of hours or bank holidays. Very occasional Saturday mornings (8.30am-12pm) will be required, with time off in lieu the following week.
