Kingston Vets is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Receptionist to join our dynamic team working at our Yeovil practice.

Kingston Veterinary Group is a long established group of 2 practices in the heart of Somerset and Dorset. We operate across two locations, offering Small Animal and Farm animal care, all conveniently situated close to each other.  Our state-of-the-art facilities enable our clinical team to deliver Veterinary care with a strong focus on maintaining high clinical standards, which we continually strive to develop and enhance.

We are dedicated to providing exceptional Veterinary care to all of our patients and clients, whilst prioritising staff wellbeing and development.

 

How You’ll Make a Difference

 

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction. The role will be predominantly working at our Yeovil site, but with having the flexibility to work at our Sherborne site when needed. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Prior experience in the veterinary field is advantageous but comprehensive training will be provided.

 

Working Pattern

 
  • 38 hours per week
  • Monday to  Friday with 1:4 Saturday mornings at Yeovil site
