We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Celyn Vet Group on a part-time basis.

 

Celyn Vet Group operates three established veterinary practices in Holywell, Prestatyn and Abergele, and you'll work across all three sites as required. The practices are well equipped with modern facilities, including dedicated consultation rooms, an operating theatre and preparation area, ultrasound, digital and dental x-ray, in-house Idexx laboratory equipment, and patient monitoring equipment to support high-quality clinical care. You'll be joining a supportive team of Veterinary Surgeons, Registered Veterinary Nurses and Animal Care Assistants, all working collaboratively to provide excellent care for patients and clients.

 

How You’ll Make a Difference

 

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

 

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

 

Working Pattern

 
  • 20 hours per week
  • Flexible across any 5 days between 8:00 am and 7:15pm 
  • 1 in 6 Saturdays 8:00am - 12:00 pm

  • Welcome clients and their pets 
    Answer telephone and other enquiries 
    Register new clients 
    Book appointments 
    Process payments 
    Dispense medications 
    Promote preventative healthcare plans and seasonal offers 
    Cover colleagues' annual leave when needed
