We are a first opinion practice and have a varied and very busy caseload at both surgeries. We are a friendly, welcoming and supportive team of four vet surgeons, five full time nurses, two VCAs, four Client Care Advisors and a Practice Manager. How You’ll Make a Difference 

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction. 
 
You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications, and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey. 
 
Duties will include answering phone calls, greeting and arriving clients and patients, processing referrals, insurances and payments, offering superb personal care to clients in the waiting area, monitoring and contributing to infection control. You will also be involved in helping our clients take advantage our preventative health care plans, be given training in bereavement awareness, and have access to our extensive intranet training helping you progress in your career.
 
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week over 4 days.
