We are looking for a friendly and approachable Customer Care Coordinator to work with us on a part-time basis.
About the role
Your key responsibilities will include booking equine clients and hospital consultations/investigations, taking payments and resolving account queries, managing calls, emails, and in-person enquiries, organising diaries and coordinating with vets, nurses, and support staff and carrying out general administrative duties and following practice protocols.
This is a part-time permanent role working 20 hours per week. The shifts will be from Monday–Friday 1:30pm–5:30pm, plus Saturdays 9:00am–12:00pm on a shared rota.
