Director of Practice

Alcombe Veterinary Surgery, Ealing, Ealing, London

Discipline: Leadership

Full Time, Flexible

Up to £45,000 DOE

Apply
We are looking for an ambitious and forward thinking Practice Director to lead and grow our two welcoming West London sites, Alcombe Ealing and The Avenue Vets.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys building something, not just maintaining it. You will have the freedom to shape both practices, support and develop your teams, and really make your mark on how the business grows over the next few years.

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm with occasional Saturdays when required. Any Saturdays worked are given back as time off in lieu.

Our Practices

Alcombe Ealing is a long established practice with strong foundations and plenty of opportunity ahead. It is well located with excellent transport links into Central London and only around 30 minutes from Heathrow Airport. The client base is loyal and the team is experienced, but there is real scope to expand services, deepen client relationships and strengthen overall performance. You will be mainly based here and will have the autonomy to visit The Avenue as and when needed.

The team at Alcombe Ealing consists of three vets, three nurses and three receptionists. It is a close knit group who care about their patients and about each other.

The Avenue Vets is just a five minute drive away. It opened a year ago and is a modern, growing practice with huge potential. It already has a solid start, with a senior vet, a nurse and a receptionist in place, but it now needs a confident leader who can increase visibility in the local area, build the client base and help the practice reach the level it is capable of.
