We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic receptionist to join our Kinson team temporarily to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities include:
Client care both face-to-face and over the phone.Making and rearranging appointments.Requesting payment for services and keeping accurate records of all transactions.Keeping the reception area clean and tidy.Willingness to engage with the management team to promote company initiatives.

We are a first-opinion small animal practice with a branch in Bournemouth and a branch in Poole. Our sites are fully equipped with digital X-rays and ultrasounds. Our Bournemouth site has in-house lab machines, therapeutic laser, and dental radiography. We are also a Silver Cat-Friendly Clinic.
We are located on the south coast close to great beaches and a short drive to the new forest. We are situated close to Bournemouth and Poole town centre with great transport links.

Your shift pattern
This is a part-time role compromising of 18.43 hours per week. You will cover the following shifts Wednesday & Friday 1:15 pm – 7 pm, Thursday 7:45 am – 1:30 pm and 1:4 Saturdays 7:45 am - 12:30 pm.
The salary for this role is £10,963.63.
