We are seeking an organised, personable Client Care Advisor to join our team at Myerscough Vets on a full-time fixed-term basis for 12 months. The role also includes one day per week at our Blackburn branch.
Our team comprises 17 Veterinary Surgeons across 10 sites, supported by a dedicated team of RVNs, SVNs, ACAs and Client Care Advisors. With a strong emphasis on continuous learning and development, several of our team members hold certificates in a range of specialties, including ECC and dentistry.
We pride ourselves on our ability to manage complex cases in-house, ranging from critical care to orthopaedics and laparoscopy. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with experienced certificate holders, helping to deliver the highest level of care to our patients.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
Working Pattern
Monday: 8:30am-5:30pm
Tuesday: Day off
Wednesday: 8:30am-6:30pm (Blackburn branch)
Thursday: 8:00am-7:00pm
Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm
1 in 5 Saturdays, 8:00am-1:00pm
