Role: Veterinary Receptionist

Our beautiful Peacehaven Clinic delivers advanced general practice services to clients on the coast but clients also benefit from the skill sets and facilities available at the Brighton hospital if required. 
Our Brighton Clinic is based within our flagship hospital in central Brighton. The clinic provides a comprehensive range of general practice veterinary services including medicine, surgery, radiography, ultrasound and dentistry along with the support of nursing clinics – all bolstered by excellent hospital facilities. Patients of our Brighton Clinic can also benefit from the on-site support of Brighton Veterinary Referrals if additional expertise is required. Beech House is a small, first opinion practice in Preston Park, offering general practice to our clients and referral to the Brighton hospital if required. 

How You’ll Make a Difference

Your role will involve:

To be the first line contact for clients and their pet's within our practice's and via telephone

Triage emergencies & provide advice

Relay all messages taken accurately & act in a timely manner

Act in a courteous and professional manner at all times

Welcome and register clients on arrival, make appointments

Dispense medicines as directed by our Vet's

Take payments and cash up

Social Media content management

Complete referrals and other administration tasks
