We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Easipetcare, The Woodley Vets on a full-time fixed-term basis for 12 months.

The Woodley Vet is situated on the lovely Woodley precinct, with excellent links to central Reading and the M4 Located in a lovely area with convenient off-street parking nearby, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a collaborative and welcoming team.

 

How You’ll Make a Difference

 

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

 

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

 

Working Pattern

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week.
 

Key Responsibilities

 
  • Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
    Answering telephone calls and emails; responding to client enquiries efficiently and
    compassionately.
    Booking appointments and managing the appointment diary effectively.
    Processing payments and handling client accounts accurately.
    Supporting the clinical team with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
    Maintaining accurate client and patient records.
    Assisting with general administrative duties to support the wider practice team.
    Providing excellent customer service and ensuring every client feels valued and supported.
