Greeting clients and their pets on arrivalEfficiently managing the diaries, booking/cancelling or re-arranging appointments, handling online bookings and maintaining client recordsGeneral Administration duties as requestedProcessing payments, cashing up at the end of the dayManaging client orders and repeat prescriptions

Hall Place Veterinary Centre is a long-established, thriving small animal practice with three sites. Pinkney's Green, our hospital branch, is located in a picturesque barn conversion in the countryside, backed by two smaller branches in the bustling villages of Bourne End and Marlow.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual passionate about delivering outstanding client care. Able to apply a calm, compassionate, and professional approach is essential, especially in emotionally challenging situations.
Successful candidates should have prior reception experience, ideally in the veterinary sector, though this is not essential, as additional training will be provided. Have excellent communication skills. Enjoy building strong relationships with our clients, taking pride in delivering a high standard of service.
Your shift pattern
You will work primarily at our main surgery in Pinkneys Green, with occasional cover at our branch practices. The role offers up to 30 hours per week, worked on a rota basis between 8 am and 7 pm. Saturday cover is also required on a rota basis, from 8 am to 3:30 pm
