Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Location: Cliffe Vets, Lewes
Contract: Part-Time, permanent
Cliffe Vets is a well-established mixed practice with dedicated Small Animal, Farm, and Equine departments. We’re based in the historic town of Lewes, East Sussex, just 10 miles from the vibrant city of Brighton. Our supportive team comprises experienced veterinarians, animal technicians, administrative staff, and a dispensary team. How you'll make a difference
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.
This is a dual position 2 days at our Ringmer Surgery (Mon & Tues) and then half a day Thursday & a full day Friday at our Lewes Surgery. Saturdays are at the Lewes Surgery a full driving licence to travel between surgeries required.

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and interacting with clients in a welcoming and professional manner, ensuring that every visit is a positive experience. You will manage appointment bookings, handle queries, and take payments, and assisting with general administrative tasks. You will also support the team with any other administrative tasks as required by the Practice Manager, Clinical Director or Head Nurse.
