We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Customer Care Assistant to join our team!
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated, customer-focused individual to join our team! The role will be 30 hours a week on a rota of varying shifts and may require working across multiple sites.
About the role
The position is very varied, therefore we require someone who works well under pressure, and has great organisation and time management skills.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
Greeting customersAnswering telephonesTaking paymentsUpdating recordsDealing with emails/reportsKeeping up to date with our Pet health Club sign-ups, cancellations, and yearly renewals.Scheduling shifts and diary amendmentsMaintaining the reception area
Our ideal person is someone with good customer service skills, as they will be the first point of contact with our clients.

Your shift pattern
You will work 30 hours per week, usually 6-hour shifts (both earlies and lates) across all 3 sites. You will also be required to work 1-in-6 Saturday mornings at Grange Farm.
