Apply
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead, influence, and grow a well-established and highly respected mixed-animal practice.

As Director of Practice & Clinical Services or Director of Practice (non-clinical), you will:

  • Oversee operations across our Fordingbridge and Cranborne sites
  • Set and drive the strategic direction of the practice
  • Maintain high clinical and client care standards
  • Ensure strong commercial performance
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture

  • Clinical applicants will also carry out clinical duties and participate in the OOH rota. We welcome both Veterinary Surgeons and experienced non-clinical leaders from the veterinary sector (this means our benefits may differ).

Working across both branches, you’ll enjoy the variety and satisfaction that mixed practice brings, supported by an engaged and experienced team.
