We’re a well-established 100% small animal practice in Walkinstown, known for our loyal clients, high standards of care, and genuinely welcoming team. This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level RVN who enjoys variety, teamwork, and the chance to keep developing without the pressure of out-of-hours or on-call work.
A Role Designed Around Balance & Progression
This is a permanent position, with full-time preferred, though part-time hours can be considered for the right candidate. A full-time role is based on a 40-hour week, with shifts spread across Monday to Saturday.
Typical shifts are 8am–4pm or 11am–7pm, offering flexibility across the week. Weekend work is shared fairly, with up to two Saturdays per month (8am–3pm). There’s no out-of-hours, no Sundays, and no bank holiday work, allowing you to enjoy a healthy and sustainable work–life balance.
Your Day-to-Day - Varied, Hands-on & Supported
As part of the nursing team at All Care, you’ll be involved across all areas of small animal nursing, including surgical nursing, medical and clinical nursing, inpatient care, dentistry, radiography, laboratory work, infection control, dispensary management, and client communication.
You’ll be trusted with real responsibility while always having experienced colleagues around you for support. Whether you’re still building confidence or looking to broaden your skillset, this is a role where you can develop at your own pace and feel genuinely part of the practice.

All Care Veterinary Centre is fully equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, and dental facilities, allowing you to work to a high clinical standard. Our team includes 3 Veterinary Surgeons, 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses, a student nurse, practice manager, and receptionist, creating a close-knit and supportive environment where everyone plays a key role.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re open to all levels of experience, from newly qualified nurses to those with several years in practice. You must be VCI registered or eligible to register.
