We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Sunninghill Vets on a full-time basis.
Sunninghill Veterinary Centre was established in 2006 by practice principal vet, Johanna Headley, with the aim of bringing a high level of veterinary care to small animals in Sunninghill, Ascot and surrounding villages and towns in Berkshire.

How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.
You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.
This position is working 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8am - 6pm
General responsibilities include:
Clinical Nursing Care
Provide nursing care for hospitalised patients
Monitor anaesthetics during surgical procedures
Prepare animals for surgery, including clipping and aseptic preparation
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by veterinary surgeons
Assist with diagnostic procedures such as radiography, blood sampling, and laboratory tests
