Our ideal candidate will be organised and enthusiastic about providing a high standard of animal care. This position is perfect for a qualified nurse who is looking to join a friendly team within a small animal practice. Your days will consist of general veterinary nursing duties, such as monitoring anaesthetics, nursing sick animals, administrating medicine, taking x-rays, running bloods and nurse consultations. 

This is a fixed term role for up to 12 months to cover maternity leave. The role is full time,  4 days per week from 8:30am to 7:00pm, 1:4 Saturdays from 9:00am to 2:00pm

Our practice is based in Abertillery , we have a beautiful rural setting but also great access to the Brecon Beacons and Cardiff.

We area long-standing practice with a small but fantastic team with a very loyal client base. We are kitted out with fantastic facilities including 3 consult rooms, a theatre, digital X-ray facilities, ultrasound and capnography.

By far the best part of our practice is our amazing team, we have 2 vets, 3 veterinary nurses, and 2 receptionists. We are a close-knit team and work together to provide the very best service we can.
