We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Highcliff Vets on a full-time basis.

 

Highcliff Vets is a long-established but modern two-site group based across Suffolk and the Essex border, surrounded by beautiful countryside and close to the historic coastline, with good links to London.


You will be joining a close-knit team at Brantham, consisting of 10 Vets, and 10 Nurses, with nursing experience ranging from newly qualified through to over 15 years. The practice is well equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, video endoscopy, multiparameter monitoring and a class 4 laser

 
 

How You’ll Make a Difference

 

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.

 

You’ll enjoy a varied clinical nursing role, with responsibilities including running nurse clinics and health checks, providing high-quality inpatient care, monitoring anaesthetics, preparing and assisting with procedures, supporting the veterinary surgeons, and carrying out dental X-rays. With no reception cover required, you’ll be able to focus fully on clinical nursing, developing your skills and exploring your areas of interest within the practice.

 

Working Pattern

 
  • 40 hours per week
  • Working Monday to Friday on a rotating early, middle and late pattern between 7:30 am - 7:30 pm 
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays working  7:30 am - 1:30 pm 
  • No out-of-hours requirement
