We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Acorn Vets on a part-time basis.
Acorn Veterinary Surgery is a thriving 2-site practice with state-of-the-art equipment such as an in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, ultrasound machine, digital dental x-ray and an operating theatre.
The main site is situated on Portland Road in Hove, with a branch practice in Hangleton. There are a passionate team of 4 vets and 7 nurses working between the two sites. There are local attractions around both sites and the Hove practice a 5-minute walk from a beautiful seafront. The practices are situated 10-minutes to the South Downs by car. Hove is situated within Brighton and is a fun place to live and work with great transport links to London.
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.
You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.
